Carrier Relations Manager Correspond with foreign administrations to establish direct bilateral working relationships for point-to-point traffic as well as transit traffic. Correspond with foreign carriers to establish alternative/transit routes for diversity purpose. Maintain and update statistical report of traffic streams and coordinate with foreign carriers all preparation of signing agreements.

Degree in any field
Minimum 5 years in carrier/telco facing to manage and develop business relationships in the mobile and telecom market
Wireless industry experience, mobile messaging and commerce experience strongly preferred

SALES AND MARKETING
Business Development Manager (Sales)
Achieving Sales target (Mobile Data) and implement sales strategies to ensure business growth and profitability. Proactively prospecting and qualify new accounts, as well as manage and maintain good relationship with customers. Conduct market intelligence on business trends, customer and competitor movement.
